Maintenance
- Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank once every six months.
- Clean the air filter while cleaning the oil tank.
- Regularly check the signal light of the oil filter. Once the signal light is on, clean the oil filter immediately.
- Check frequently (oil temperature is ≥ 45 ℃) whether the cooling device starts automatically (cooling water temperature <30 ℃).
- Always observe the liquid condition. When the liquid level is close to the lower limit, please add the recommended hydraulic oil to the oil tank in time.
- Fill the lubricating points of the mechanical transmission part of the equipment with oil as required.
- Regularly check the dust prevention devices at all places, and timely deal with any damage or loose connection found to prevent sand and dust from entering and damaging the equipment.
