There are two types of pumps used today in waterjet cutting: the hydraulic intensifier pump and the direct drive pump. Today, both intensifiers pump and direct drive pumps are capable of reliably delivering ultrahigh-pressure water, and both are successfully used in industry.

Maintenance
  1. Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank once every six months.
  2. Clean the air filter while cleaning the oil tank.
  3. Regularly check the signal light of the oil filter. Once the signal light is on, clean the oil filter immediately.
  4. Check frequently (oil temperature is ≥ 45 ℃) whether the cooling device starts automatically (cooling water temperature <30 ℃).
  5. Always observe the liquid condition. When the liquid level is close to the lower limit, please add the recommended hydraulic oil to the oil tank in time.
  6. Fill the lubricating points of the mechanical transmission part of the equipment with oil as required.
  7. Regularly check the dust prevention devices at all places, and timely deal with any damage or loose connection found to prevent sand and dust from entering and damaging the equipment.
