nC studio software for waterjet cutting machine

NcStudio V10 Waterjet Cutting CNC System includes multiple softwares with different axes (General Five-axis AB, General Five-axis AC). This manual takes NcStudio V10 General Five-axis AC (Bus) as an example to introduce how to use this system.

The NcStudio waterjet cutting CNC system is independently developed and owned by Weihong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. It can directly support G code, DXF format, PLT code format and ENG code of JDPaint processing files that are created by CAD/CAM applications such as UG, MasterCAM, CASMate, ArtCAM, AutoCAD, and CorelDraw, etc. Based on PC operating system, the interface of NcStudio is simple, reliable and user-friendly.

DYNAMIC SPEED CONTROL:

Automatic acceleration/deceleration control in details or corners to optimize cutting quality.

Z-HEIGHT CONTROL:
1, AUTO TRACKING (optional): Use with height detector.
2. Input thickness: input the thickness to notify the controller.
3. MOVE & SET: Manually move and set the cutting height position.
4. Through the program: the user can control the height during cutting by programming the Z volume.

AUTOMATIC DUAL PRESSURE CONVERSION:

Low-pressure perforation and high-pressure cutting optimizes the cutting of brittle materials.

Perforation with low abrasive feed rate under low pressure, automatic shift cutting at high abrasive feed rate under high pressure, especially for thick fragile materials. Only use low pressure (no high pressure) to cut (write)

During the Z-axis up/down cutting process, the cutting head can be raised by setting the lifting height parameter. At the system interruption point, the automatic save position is restored and exit, the user can resume work and re-create the accuracy by returning to the reference zero point. The system backup user can back up the entire system and save it separately. If there is any error or accident, the user can easily restore the system.
